故障2：

“正在检查更新”，一段时间后，出现报错。

解决方案：

1. 停止 Windows Update 服务。

2. 打开 C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution 文件夹，删除下面的两个子目录：DataStore、Download。

3. 重启 Windows。
